Lash Lift

What is a Lash Lift?

If you want to enhance your natural lashes, a lash lift is an excellent choice. You can think of a lash lift like a perm for your eyelashes, and it’s a technique used to alter the shape and color of your natural lashes rather than extend them. For most people, your eyelashes grow out instead of up, but upward lashes always look a bit fuller and more beautiful. Getting a lash lift allows your natural lashes to look as beautiful as possible. Protein is added back into your eyelashes and the lashes are rolled upward and set in place. A special chemical is used similar to the kind you’d use in a hair perm process. This treatment will boost and lift each individual lash before they are tinted. The result is gorgeous, full lashes that are thick, darker, and that look a lot longer for a beautiful touch.

When you get a lash lift, you will need to lie down as silicone pads are placed onto your closed eyelids. Next, the lashes are lifted and a serum is gently applied to break down the proteins in your lashes. Your eyelashes are then molded into a beautiful, lifted shape. A keratin serum is then applied which helps to restore and condition your natural lashes. Finally, a tint is applied and the silicone pads are removed and a coat of keratin is added for an extra layer of strength and protection. After you get a lash lift, avoid getting them wet for about 24 hours. You should also avoid applying any mascara or doing anything that could make you sweat. After the first 24 hours are over, gently brush your lashes out in the morning and evening before you apply a lash serum to maintain your beautiful newly lifted lashes.
